I’m Alanie Flanagan, a full-time Realtor® proudly serving Huntington, the Kanawha Valley, and surrounding West Virginia communities.

I graduated from Marshall University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and began my real estate career at Best Title Agency, working full-time in closing and settlement services. Those two years gave me a strong understanding of contracts, timelines, and the intricate details that make a transaction successful. That experience continues to guide the way I advocate for my clients.

In 2023, I earned my real estate license and stepped into sales full-time. I was honored to receive Rookie of the Year in my first year, and today I’m proud to be recognized as a Top Producer in 2025. Since then, I’ve helped numerous buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals, whether they’re purchasing their first home, listing a family property, investing, or relocating.

What motivates me most is my faith, my genuine care for people, and my desire to see others succeed. I approach each transaction with honesty, strong communication, and a commitment to making the process as clear and seamless as possible. My clients trust me to guide them through one of life’s biggest decisions, and it’s a responsibility I take seriously.
